Listening to this speaker discuss how quantum levitation is possible interesting, although there is one issue. It seems like the magnetic field is altered due to the liquid nitrogen. I am no scientist (well at least in the quantum physics department) but I feel like quantum levitation does not have a future in all honesty. He goes on to discuss how it could hold a car in your hands because of the process that is going on. This is just me but why would you want to hold a car in your hand, or even a train, the only logical explanation I can use for this experiment and the purpose it might serve in the future is strictly for construction purposes. Carrying objects or obstacles out of the way without any serious injury or equipment failure. Still, that leaves a gaping whole for error to occur.
