Apparently National Geographic is set that in the 21st century that we will move from "the theory of time travel" to the "facts of time travel" and actually accomplish this. It is impossible to synchronize your watches throughout the universe, time does not take uniform throughout the universe. Clocks tick slower in outer space. Time is not absolute, this means you have to think of time as a dimension. Meaning we no longer are living in a 3 dimensional world but a 4 dimensional world. Space and time are not invisible, they are a fabric that can be stretched, pulled and even tied in a knot. If so then the dream can not be as preposterous as it sounds. National geographic is trying now to explain how to manipulate time, using pacman as an example, which in all honesty I am not comprehending. They are trying to explain how pacman goes forward, backward, and left to right. They say because pacman lacks the ability to have depth and height he only lives within a 2 dimensional plane. The theory is if pacman was able to have height and depth then the game itself would change, the time, the whole existence of what the game was built around would be thrown out the window, and as National geographic explains our brains can not comprehend this information.
